Service Operation Manager/-in 100% # Welcome to the fascinating world of taxes! Together with the municipal tax offices, the cantonal tax office collects taxes for the Confederation, the Canton, and the municipalities. We support private individuals and companies throughout the entire tax collection process. For this purpose, around 800 qualified employees are engaged at the location in Zürich Altstetten. With your team, you ensure that our data services function smoothly and are continuously further developed. Together, we create the technological foundation for a modern tax system. Your tasks ### • You operate our data services and interfaces efficiently and continuously develop them further. • You are responsible for the further development and maintenance of the assigned services. • You lead sub-projects and bear responsibility for budget as well as delivery. • You assess requirements for feasibility and complexity and coordinate them with specialist departments, suppliers, and partners. • You ensure compliance with standards and guidelines and promote their application. • You prepare management reports in a precise manner tailored to the addressee. Your profile ### • You have a university degree in computer science, business administration, or a comparable profile. • You have sound project management experience as well as experience in the establishment and management of IT services. • Several years of experience in service management, especially with data services and interfaces, as well as knowledge of ITIL, HERMES, or architectural methods, distinguish you. • You communicate confidently in German and bring good technical English skills. • With your networked thinking and solution-oriented actions, you contribute to the further development of our services. • Readiness for occasional weekend work (e.g., release weekends) is a matter of course for you.
