On our postpartum ward, you will lead a motivated team, accompany newly formed families through a formative stage of life, and actively shape the further development of the ward. With around 800 births per year, we are among the most important maternity clinics in the region. We are looking for you as a committed, responsible deputy ward manager in a stable team to actively further develop the world of childbirth together with the delivery room. In addition to postpartum women, you will also care for surgical patients. YOUR TASKS • You support the ward management in technical, personnel, and organizational matters • You take on responsibility in the absence of the ward management • You are present in daily nursing practice, provide technical support to your team, and accompany employees as well as trainees • You recognize development and optimization potential and actively contribute your ideas to projects and processes • You help shape the future of nursing, also in close cooperation with the delivery room <br /> YOUR PROFILE • You are a Dipl.
