With a well-coordinated team, the company realizes demanding projects from the initial idea to final assembly. To strengthen the planning team, we are looking for a qualified specialist immediately or by arrangement. Project Manager / Designer – Metal Construction - 100% (m/f/d) Your tasks: • You independently create detailed workshop, construction, and assembly plans in the CAD area for demanding metal and steel construction projects. • You take over full project management from AVOR to execution planning through to site management on-site. • You carry out precise ceiling and construction control measurements on-site and clarify technical feasibility directly. • You are in close exchange with clients, architects, and authorities and participate in coordination and construction meetings. • You are responsible for the cost, schedule, and quality management of the objects assigned to you. • You create material orders, accompany the manufacturing process in the factory, and support the assembly team on the construction site. Qualifications • Successfully completed basic training as a Metal Construction Designer EFZ or Metal Worker EFZ. • Further training as a Metal Construction Project Manager, Metal Construction Master, Technician HF, or the willingness to complete such. • Sound practical and professional experience in design and/or project management in metal and steel construction. • Proficient handling of common 2D/3D CAD programs as well as MS-Office (ERP knowledge is an advantage). • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with negotiation skills and high customer orientation. • Category B driver's license as well as very good German skills in spoken and written form.
