For our Retail department, we are looking to fill the position of Cards Front & Backoffice Specialist Your responsibilities Within a small team, you ensure the administrative running of activities related to our fuel cards. You manage the reception, preparation and follow-up of orders as well as invoicing to customers. You are in regular telephone contact with our corporate and private customers. Furthermore, you follow up on our debtors according to the procedures in force. Finally, you update SAP within the scope of your areas of responsibility. Your profile With a CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent training, you ideally possess a first successful experience within an administrative customer service. Your native language is German/Swiss German or French, with excellent knowledge of the other language. Knowledge of Italian would be an asset. You have the ability to work independently and in a team. You have a solid sense of communication, rigor and precision. Finally, you are an organized and flexible person with a strong customer orientation.
