Confirmed Test Manager (M/F)

We are looking for a confirmed Test Manager to take charge of managing test activities on one or several complex projects. You will be responsible for the test strategy, its operational application, and quality reporting. You will work closely with project managers, development teams, business analysts, product managers, and operational stakeholders. Depending on project needs, you may also participate directly in preparing and executing tests. Your main missions: Define and implement a risk-based and requirement-based test strategy Evaluate the charges, resources, dependencies, and deadlines necessary for test activities Build test plans and define entry and exit criteria for test campaigns Plan and coordinate activities carried out by internal teams and external partners Ensure requirement coverage and traceability between risks, requirements, tests, and anomalies Supervise the design, preparation, and execution of test campaigns Manage anomaly treatment until correction validation Produce quality indicators, dashboards, and reports Participate in trade-offs between quality, costs, and deadlines Prepare and present decision recommendations of the GO/NO GO type Supervise, support, and develop testers Promote good practices and contribute to the evolution of test standards Participate occasionally in preparing and executing tests Identify relevant uses of automation and artificial intelligence in test activities Your profile Higher degree in computer science or equivalent training Minimum five years of experience in test management Confirmed experience in an Agile or Scrum environment Mastery of Jira and Xray Good knowledge of OpenText Application Quality Management, formerly HP ALM Mastery of a recognized test methodology: ISTQB, TMAP, or equivalent Experience in project and product risk analysis Ability to build, present, and defend a test strategy Experience in implementing quality processes and standards Strong negotiation, arbitration, and communication skills Leadership, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Appreciated skills: ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification Scrum Master or Product Owner certification Behaviour Driven Development practice Knowledge of tools such as TOSCA, Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent Coaching and training skills Knowledge of ITIL practices and digital service environments Experience in a large organization or a highly regulated environment Working at Athenco means joining a group that puts humans at the center of its concerns, recognized as a Great Place to Work several times.
