Then you fit perfectly with us!   For the Haus Kirchdorf Kappelerhof in the Baden region, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a   Certified Nurse HF/FH/DNII 60 - 100 %   Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Taking on tasks as a primary caregiver • Responsibility and management of the nursing process of the assigned guests including the RAI nursing needs assessment. • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach • Planning and accompanying doctor visits • Taking on daily responsibility with coordination of the day team • Leading case discussions and nursing reports • Taking on tasks as a subject matter expert in a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality   Your profile • Completed training as a Certified Nurse HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK • Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage • RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid for) • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of versatile challenges • Good German skills in speaking and writing   Why Tertianum?
