Your new tasks ### • You are a sales talent and take the initiative on the sales floor and like to lead a team • Your tasks include, in addition to your own sales responsibility, the maintenance of the range in your specialist product group, leadership of a small sales team, and achievement of all KPIs to be successful • You are responsible for the product group Textil and Vorhänge and manage the daily business directly on the sales floor • You inspire our customers with an attractive product presentation and are an absolute role model for trainees and your sales team • You supervise the trainees in your team • You are responsible for the proper creation and processing of customer orders • You are a competent and solution-oriented contact person for the concerns and wishes of our customers • You regularly participate in range discussions and quickly implement concepts What you bring ### • You are a team player, open-minded, and customer-oriented • We also address all lateral entrants who have already led a small team and would like to take off in the furniture segment • You have experience in retail or sales • You are a vocational trainer and enjoy supporting our trainees during their training What we offer you ### 20% on the entire pfister range & discounts within the XXXLutz group Can be combined with other promotions 5 weeks of vacation An additional week can be purchased We promote young talent with internal training courses We fill management positions internally whenever possible Flexible working time models 100% work in 4.5 days?
