Responsibilities Within a demanding technical environment, you will ensure the daily coordination of field activities related to the installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as the troubleshooting of automatic and manual door systems. You will ensure the quality of interventions, compliance with deadlines and safety standards, while guaranteeing effective collaboration between the various stakeholders. Your missions • Ensure the daily coordination of installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting teams. • Supervise field interventions and ensure their proper execution. • Allocate tasks and manage priorities in collaboration with the service manager. • Control the quality of work performed as well as its technical compliance. • Ensure compliance with safety rules in force on construction sites. • Act as the operational interface between technical teams, internal services, and partner companies. • Prepare, follow up on, and receive technical work and interventions. • Provide technical support to teams during complex operations. • Perform technical inventories. • Develop and update technical documentation (lists, tracking tables, reports, procedures). • Ensure the updating of data in the CMMS. Profile • At least 5 years of experience in the supervision or coordination of technical maintenance activities, as well as in the management of teams of technicians and external service providers. • Significant experience in the maintenance of automatic and industrial doors, in electromechanics, electrotechnics, or in the maintenance of technical infrastructures. • Holder of a technical training (Bac+2/3) in electrical engineering, electrotechnics, electromechanics, industrial maintenance or an equivalent field, or a CFC/professional certificate completed with at least 8 years of experience in technical supervision. • Mastery of automatic and manual door systems, as well as installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting activities. • Ability to control the compliance of interventions, to ensure technical receptions, and to ensure compliance with safety rules. • Mastery of Microsoft Office tools and experience in using CMMS software (mastery of Infor is an asset). • Ease in writing reports and tracking tables. • Imperative mastery of French and intermediate level in English.
