For our Mono Plants (SCL) department in Pratteln/CH, we are looking for a Senior Operations Engineer 100% (unlimited) as soon as possible. Your tasks Responsibility for ensuring a safe, functional, and production-ready condition of the technical facilities Supporting the Maintenance Manager in implementing a sustainable maintenance program and developing strategies and plans Leading IH projects and CAPEX projects for functional replacement and plant shutdowns, coordinating and controlling the implementation of IH measures Evaluating and developing proposals for the introduction of new technologies and Creating vulnerability and criticality analyses, initiating and implementing optimizations Responsibility for the maintenance and operational CAPEX budget in agreement with the Maintenance Manager/Department Head Maintaining a supportive collaboration with the operations assistants on specific, process-related issues Participating in the creation and revision of risk analyses Your profile Successfully completed degree in Process Engineering or Chemical Engineering (Master in Engineering/Science) Broad and in-depth knowledge of chemical process engineering Ability and willingness to quickly acquire SAP knowledge Strong passion for complex and complicated chemical-technical processes Entrepreneurial thinking and action; structured, methodical, and careful approach to work Constructively critical and balanced approach to work, as well as openness and willingness to adapt to constant change Leadership qualities based on demanding and promoting with a special focus on promoting independence and a proactive work style among employees in an open, binding, and supportive leadership culture Your opportunities/Your application We offer you a varied and interesting job with attractive employment conditions in the chemical industry.
