January 2027 Work location: Bern 40% Remote Work In this versatile leadership position, you will take on a central role at the interface of job placement, education, and quality assurance. You will strategically steer and further develop labor market measures, lead a committed team, and work closely with internal and external partners. In doing so, you will combine professional expertise with leadership strength and a desire to shape processes. Internal candidates have expressed their interest.
