La Châtaigneraie VOLLEYBALL COACH La Châtaigneraie Campus - Sports Department (ECA) Share your technical expertise and your passion for volleyball to inspire our student-athletes within a unique international environment, acting as a coach or assistant as needed. . You will be called upon to lead training sessions with full autonomy. Your mission is to provide high-quality sports supervision, combining technical progression and team spirit, while accompanying young people in learning perseverance and fair play. Your role and responsibilities: • Supervise and lead the weekly volleyball session on Wednesday afternoons. • Establish progression objectives adapted to age categories and student levels. • Propose varied, stimulating, and safe sessions, in accordance with the objectives of the sports department. • Work in synergy with the team of coaches and the sports managers of the campus. Profile sought: Skills and Experience • Jeunesse et Sport (J+S) diploma in active volleyball or equivalent foreign diploma. • Proven practice with young people aged 11 to 18 in volleyball training. Experience with a female/adolescent audience is a major asset. • Proficiency in French and/or English. Personal qualities • Excellent pedagogical skills and sense of contact with adolescents. • Dynamism, punctuality, and team spirit. • Ability to adapt to a diverse and international school audience.
