For this structure, we are looking for: Specialized Teacher(s) - 1st year on a fixed-term contract ### IMPORTANT: only applications submitted via the website will be considered #### The role and responsibilities #### You are motivated to: • Provide personalized specialized teaching, by building and evaluating the objectives of the Individualized Pedagogical Project, in relation to the capacities and needs of the students. • Foster the autonomy and social integration of students by helping them to transfer their learning to various everyday situations. • Design pedagogical interventions adapted to heterogeneous groups, valuing the diversity of profiles in the organization of your teaching. • Be involved in the daily life of the school and actively participate in the accompaniment of students throughout their day. • Contribute to the institutional dynamic thanks to your openness to interdisciplinarity and collaboration? The Profile #### Desired minimum experience in the function?: • Experience and training in the field of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum, and associated problems would be an asset Essential diploma or other certifications?: • Master's degree in specialized teaching or Master's degree in specialized pedagogy or title deemed equivalent by the CDIP Desired diploma or other certifications?: • PECS Important social skills?: • Patience, endurance, and creativity. • Ability and motivation to work in a multidisciplinary team and in partnership with families. • Sense of responsibility and autonomy in daily life. • Great ability to adapt and structure. • Ease in contacts?
