Front- & Backoffice Manager 60 - 100%

We are looking for a motivated personality, starting immediately or by arrangement, for an initially fixed-term employment of three months with a view to permanent employment. The part-time workload is distributed over five weekdays. At the reception, you will warmly welcome our visitors and simultaneously be the sympathetic, helpful information point of our telephone switchboard. Thanks to you, our guests and the team feel completely comfortable in our stylishly furnished premises. You place great value on order and cleanliness and, in addition to material procurement, support our team with administrative tasks. Your requirement profile. • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable function (reception/secretariat/reception/hospitality) • You have excellent German skills and understand Swiss German perfectly • You have good English skills in speaking and writing, other foreign languages are an advantage • You have good knowledge of MS-Office applications (especially Excel) as well as Apple Office applications (Pages, Keynote) • Your appearance is always well-groomed and your manners are impeccable • Service orientation and strong quality thinking are a matter of course for you • You are an extremely independent, responsible, and flexible personality • You motivate and proactively support our team and are also open to new tasks What awaits you.
