• 14 août 2026 • 100% • Durée indéterminée • CHF 75-000 - 90-000 /an • Genève On behalf of a professional specializing in high-end lighting design and engineering, we are looking for a: Swiss Sales Representative (M/F) Luminaire & lighting solutions • FR/EN - 100 % Reporting to the sales manager, your role consists of driving and increasing the brand's presence throughout the Swiss territory. Your main responsibilities: • Commercial expansion: Identify new growth opportunities and actively prospect strategic accounts (engineering firms, architecture firms, etc...) • Promotion and networking: Plan regular travel throughout Switzerland to represent the company and its expertise. Strong network in Switzerland within engineering firms, architecture firms, etc... • Operational monitoring: Coordinate logistics and order processing in close connection with the group's internal services. • Performance management: Ensure rigorous reporting via CRM/ERP tools and ensure the achievement of defined sales objectives. • Field presence: Maintain high mobility across all cantons, adapting your visits to local and seasonal specificities. Your profile: • Education: Engineering degree in electrical engineering, home automation or building, or commercial training • Proven sales experience for a lighting design company • A minimum of 3 years in B2B sales • French / English imperative, German is a plus. • Accustomed to regular travel France / Switzerland. Hybrid Position Fixed salary + variable depending on profile. Company car. Fixed position at 100%. Frequent travel France/Switzerland. Start: immediate or to be agreed
