Plant Operator Polymerization/Production Employee Shift Operation (24/7)

We are currently looking for an internationally active industrial company in the Aargau region for a motivated and reliable Plant Operator Polymerization/Production Employee (m/f/d) Shift Operation (24/7) The company offers a modern working environment, long-term perspectives, and attractive employment conditions. We are looking for a committed individual with experience in production or shift operation, characterized by teamwork, responsibility, and an independent way of working. Tasks: · Implementation of requirements in the areas of safety, environment, and health · Operating production plants · Controlling reactors or dryers using process control systems · Preparing mixtures and solutions, partly with hazardous substances. · Performing quality controls and packaging the end products · Independent analysis of plant errors as well as assistance in the development of improvement suggestions · Cleaning of plants and assistance with revision work · Independent processing of personal and collective annual goals · Active learning with a view to independence and versatile deployability Qualifications: · Experience in handling hazardous substances as well as with the work of a company in the chemical industry · Completed technical vocational training in the production or industrial sector · At least 3 years of professional experience in a production plant desirable · Very good technical understanding · Very good Office user knowledge · Strong team orientation, ambitious personality with development potential · Reliability and sense of responsibility · Stress-resistant and physically resilient · Very good German skills in speaking and writing If interested, we look forward to being contacted.
