Facility Manager / Special Cleaner

Job Description – Facility Manager / Special Cleaner (m/f/d) Area of responsibility As a Facility Manager / Special Cleaner, you are responsible for the professional cleaning, care, and preservation of value of buildings, plants, and facilities. You carry out demanding cleaning work independently and in compliance with applicable safety and quality standards. Main tasks • Execution of special cleanings in commercial, office, and industrial properties • Basic cleaning of all types of floor coverings • Cleaning of glass, window, and facade surfaces • Cleaning after renovations or construction completions (post-construction cleaning) • Removal of stubborn dirt as well as coating and sealing work • Carpet and upholstery cleaning • Operation and maintenance of professional cleaning machines • Care and maintenance of technical facilities within the scope of facility management • Minor maintenance and repair work • Inspection of buildings regarding order, cleanliness, and safety • Material management as well as ordering of cleaning and consumables • Compliance with occupational safety, environmental, and hygiene guidelines • Documentation of the work carried out Requirements • Experience in special cleaning or in facility management is an advantage • Technical understanding and manual dexterity • Independent, reliable, and careful way of working • Physical resilience • Friendly and well-groomed appearance • Good German skills in speaking and writing • Driving license category B mandatory. • Readiness for assignments outside of regular working hours (early morning, evening, or Saturdays) as required Personal qualities • Sense of responsibility • Ability to work in a team • Flexibility • High service orientation • Quality awareness • Discretion and trustworthiness We offer • Varied and responsible activity • Modern work equipment and professional machines • Pleasant working environment • Careful induction • Further training opportunities • Contemporary employment conditions
