To strengthen its instrumentist teams and support the development of its operating activity in Lausanne, we have been exclusively mandated to search for their future: Instrumentalist / Nurse - TSO/IDDO/IBODE (80-100%) At the heart of the operating room, where every gesture counts Your responsibilities Within the operating room, you are in charge of preparing, managing, and transmitting surgical equipment, ensuring sterility, traceability, and safety at every stage of the intervention. You ensure the role of instrumentist in various surgical specialties (gynecology/obstetrics, urology, cardiovascular surgery, visceral surgery, robotic surgery, bariatric surgery, neurosurgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery, or thoracic surgery) by adapting to the specific requirements of each intervention and each surgeon. You ensure the good organization and availability of sterile medical devices in the operating room, in strict compliance with asepsis, hygiene, and safety protocols in force. You collaborate closely with the entire operating room team and actively contribute to the fluidity of the patient's journey in the operating room. Your profile Holder of a TSO training, or a nurse's diploma with a specialization in the operating room, or a title deemed equivalent in Switzerland (IDDO / IBODE, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross in the event of a foreign diploma), you are experienced in complex surgery and justify confirmed experience in the operating room, ideally in a multi-specialty context. You master surgical instrumentation, management of sterile medical devices, and preparation of operating room equipment, with excellent knowledge of asepsis, hygiene, and safety protocols. Rigorous, reliable, and endowed with good stress resistance, you know how to evolve with precision and calm in the most demanding situations.
