Head of Care & Nursing (80-100%)

For a retirement and nursing home in the Solothurn area, we are looking for an experienced leader for the management of the care and nursing department. The house includes both inpatient long-term care and a supervised living area with outpatient structures. The goal is to ensure high-quality care and the continuous development of both areas.
