Your main task: Technical leadership of the Order-Management team, providing transparency and reporting for daily and project business, controlling pending tasks in daily and project business, preventing backlogs, setting up and managing the central fault reporting system via phone, email, customer tools, etc., assigning orders to internal executing departments, resource disposition, agreeing on customer appointments, implementing new customers in fault and project business into internal processes. Your profile: Commercial/technical training or HF/FH degree in business administration, professional experience in a comparable position, understanding of standardized processes, accustomed to independent work, communicative and team-oriented, assertive, structured way of working.
