Nurse in Psychiatry – Home Care (M/F)

Your responsibilities Provide specialized nursing care in psychiatry to patients at home. Assess the mental health status and needs of patients. Develop, implement and re-evaluate individualized care plans. Ensure clinical follow-up, prevention and crisis management. Accompany patients in maintaining their autonomy and social integration. Develop a trusting therapeutic relationship with patients and their loved ones. Intervene with individuals presenting addiction-related problems. Collaborate closely with doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers and the entire care network. Ensure rigorous documentation and administrative follow-up of interventions. Your profile Recognized nurse diploma in Switzerland (HES, ES or equivalent title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross). Additional training in psychiatry or significant experience in mental health. Young graduates with a strong interest in psychiatry are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of addictology is an asset. Excellent relational, listening and observational skills. Ability to work autonomously while integrating into a multidisciplinary team. Sense of responsibility, organization and ability to manage complex situations. Category B driver's license is essential.
