The Business Unit Operations produces parts for all Hamilton companies, from injection molded parts and pipette tips for liquid handling to metal and plastic parts. What you can achieve: Operation and monitoring of production systems including injection molding, automation and packaging systems Recognizing, analyzing and rectifying simple malfunctions as well as initiating suitable immediate measures Reporting and documenting malfunctions as well as collaborating with maintenance on technical problems Carrying out quality controls and documentation Documentation of production data and system statuses Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene and quality regulations What you bring with you: Completed vocational training in a technical or industrial profession or comparable professional experience Experience as a system operator, machine operator or production worker Technical understanding as well as confident handling of process control systems and production systems Independent, careful and responsible way of working Teamwork skills, reliability and assertiveness Resilient and flexible Willingness to work in 3-shift operation Good German skills (B1) Learn more about career opportunities at Hamilton under .
