To strengthen this rapidly developing activity, which currently has around 160 collaborators, we are looking for an experienced person to fill the position of: HR Business Partner You will join the Energie 360° HR team and be responsible for the Mobilité business area. In direct contact with the operational teams, you will be part of the Mobilité Leadership Team and actively contribute to its development. You will work in Fribourg, Lausanne, and Zurich-Altstetten. 🚀 What you can achieve You will accompany the Mobilité business area as a strategic partner of its management team. You will pilot recruitments (in French and German) with a forward-looking vision and contribute to the strategic development of our recruitment approach. You will improve the experience of candidates and collaborators throughout their life cycle. You will advise and coach managers with confidence in demanding situations, whether it's performance management, complex issues, or labor law. You will quickly identify blockage points within teams or the organization and implement concrete measures. You will develop, with managers, clear function profiles and sustainable team structures. You will bring structure to performance and feedback processes in a pragmatic and non-bureaucratic way. You will support managers in identifying and developing talents, planning succession, and making personnel decisions. You will actively support transformation, growth, and organizational development projects, in collaboration with the Business Development & Strategy team. Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner/People Business Partner in a dynamic environment (e.g., a start-up, a technology company, or an industrial company). Solid experience in recruitment through different channels; Proven expertise in transformation processes Excellent advisory skills, good negotiation skills, and a strong presence with managers. A pragmatic mindset (hands-on), with the desire to move things forward and take on responsibilities. Availability for regular travel.
