We are looking for a: Senior Technical Project Manager Global responsibilities: Contribute to Infomaniak's strategic vision by promoting its values and customer interest Integrate into teams and understand their dynamics Anticipate needs, risks and propose adapted solutions Be a driver for the realization and success of projects Project management responsibilities: Collect and formalize needs, ensure project viability and define the functional specifications Share the vision and clearly communicate objectives to teams Identify and monitor project-related risks Plan and monitor project execution on a daily basis Coordinate all business teams involved (Design, UXUI, Development, Infrastructure, Customer Support, Marketing, QA, etc.) to ensure effective collaboration and goal-oriented Lead agile ceremonies and meetings, and ensure follow-up (CR, PV, etc.) Ensure regular reporting to managers and stakeholders Ensure respect for budget, deadlines and quality Profile sought: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a complex technical environment (Cloud, SaaS or Infrastructure) Understand deep technical issues to constructively discuss with cloud architects and backend teams on infrastructure topics (IaaS/PaaS) Excellent collaboration, communication and listening skills, both with technical and non-technical profiles, internal or external Master project management methodologies (predictive, hybrid, agile: PMP, Scrum, Kanban...)
