During your apprenticeship, you will work in an exciting and modern IT environment. You will learn to build and operate physical and virtual networks as well as to reliably keep the IT infrastructure (server and client) running. Your tasks include the installation of hardware and software, the planning and configuration of systems, as well as their monitoring and protection against security risks. Your tasks <br /> • The construction and maintenance of ICT infrastructures and networks as well as computer systems are part of your area of responsibility. • You install PC workstations, printers, and servers. • You work in support and at the helpdesk, including with technical malfunctions. • You package applications and configure databases. <br /> Your profile <br /> • You have a great fascination for digitalization (informatics). • You have a quick grasp of things and enjoy learning and continuous further education. • You have a secondary school degree of Sekundarstufe A or B with good performance. • With your patience, endurance, and teamwork skills, you fit perfectly into our team. <br /> The Stadt Luzern is part of the LUnited vocational training network.
