No. PIL-EM-T-55046 Description ### For our customer, an internationally active company in industrial manufacturing, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, for a fixed term of initially seven months, an experienced   Plant Operator Cable Production (m/f/d) ### Your Tasks ### • Operating and setting up the peripheral systems according to process specifications • Independent operation as well as spooling, material and roll changes • Monitoring of all process steps including logging and initiation of corrective measures • Troubleshooting as well as carrying out minor maintenance work • Participation in production data recording, master data maintenance and process optimizations • Support of Lean activities • Ensuring order, cleanliness and 5S standards in the work area • Execution of autonomous maintenance work according to specifications • Working with the MES control system for order processing and production data recording Your Profile ### • Completed training as Anlagenführer EFZ or basic mechanical training (e.g., production mechanic, polymechanic) • Several years of experience as a plant operator in length production, ideally in cable production or in comparable mechanical production processes • Very good technical understanding as well as high quality awareness and exact way of working • Flexible deployment in different processes as well as quick comprehension • Team player, reliable and resilient personality • Very good German skills in speaking and writing • Good PC user skills as well as experience in dealing with ERP systems • Readiness for three-shift operation We offer ### • Exciting task in an international company with headquarters in Switzerland • Motivated and competent team • Structured induction into a modern production environment • Deployment in an established and future-oriented industrial company • Opportunity for active participation in shaping process optimizations Are you ready for a new challenge?
