Construction Site Manager (w/m) 100%

For an established and dynamic company in the construction industry, we are continuously looking to strengthen our team with a dedicated individual as a construction site manager in high-rise construction – available immediately or by agreement. Your tasks: In this responsible position, you will work independently within a young, competent project team and be significantly involved in the realization of demanding new and renovation projects. You will act as a central interface between architects, specialist planners, specialists, and entrepreneurs on site. Your area of responsibility includes: Collaboration from the planning phase to realization Creation of submissions and awards Construction management and coordination on site Cost control and construction accounting Accompaniment of warranty work Your profile: Completed training as a high-rise drafter, construction site manager, high-rise technician TS, architect FH, or equivalent Experience in the field of residential, administrative, and commercial buildings is an advantage Organizational strength as well as coordination and negotiation skills Independent and structured way of working Assertiveness and sense of responsibility Good IT user skills Enjoyment of collaboration with different stakeholder groups Motivated and eager-to-learn individuals from related professions are also welcome.
