For our branches in the Bern region, we are looking for a committed personality with a passion for consulting and dealing with people. Residential Advisor for Bedroom Furniture and Bedding, 20 - 100 % workload, Saturday as a fixed working day. Your tasks: As a residential advisor, you will accompany our customers from the first conversation to the successful completion of the order, personal and competent advice for our customers, sales of beds, mattresses and other sleep accessories, creation of offers as well as processing of orders and customer inquiries, assistance in organizing and administratively processing orders, design and maintenance of our sales areas, flexible deployments in our branches within the Bern region. You bring: You enjoy advising, listen attentively and want to support people in finding the best solution for them. Ideally, you have experience in retail or customer consulting, enjoy personal customer contact and high-quality products, are interested in the topics of living, furnishing and healthy sleep, have an independent, reliable and committed way of working, team spirit and flexibility for deployments in different branches, very good German language skills and good user knowledge in MS Office. Lateral entrants with pronounced consulting and sales competence are also welcome.
