Team Leader - Functional Validation (m/w/x) Bulle

Your tasks ## • You define and implement the long-term vision, goals, and test strategy of the team in line with departmental goals. • You plan, coordinate, and monitor functional validation programs on test benches for hydraulic components. • You ensure high validation standards and drive innovations by establishing and continuously improving test methods and best practices. • You analyze test results and translate findings into concrete recommendations for product improvement. • You work closely with the Design Engineering, Quality, and Production departments to align test priorities and support product development. • You develop and implement standardized test procedures and data analysis methods to improve the efficiency, reliability, and reproducibility of validation activities. • You monitor project progress, resource allocation, and team performance, and provide the departmental management with regular updates and recommendations. • You ensure compliance with safety standards in all testing and laboratory activities. Your profile ## • You have a completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Mobile Hydraulics, mobile machines, drive systems, construction or agricultural machinery. • You have proven experience in development and validation technology, ideally in the field of hydraulic drive systems, mobile machines, or off-highway applications. • You have in-depth knowledge of hydraulic drives, control systems, and functional validation methods, combined with a good understanding of machine functions and system behavior under real operating conditions. • Leadership is a central part of your profile: you actively coach and promote your team, set clear priorities, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. You promote a performance-oriented culture, strengthen self-responsibility, and support your team in solving complex technical challenges. • You combine strategic thinking with pronounced analytical skills, enabling you to solve complex technical challenges, support your team in root cause analyses, and drive sustainable improvements in products, test methods, and processes. • You communicate safely in French and German and have good English skills.
