Together with our employees, we want to shape the future of SwissP Defence AG and continuously develop ourselves.   Your tasks  • Co-responsibility for the support of agents and customers • Independent processing of national/international customer orders • Coordination of delivery dates, delivery costs, shipping as well as ensuring smooth processing of customer orders until invoicing • Creation of customs documents for international shipments including the application for permits • Processing of tenders in cooperation with the Regional Sales Directors as well as the affected departments • Assistance with import coordination (customs clearance instructions and, if necessary, transport) • Cooperation with internal/external bodies and specialist departments   Your profile  • Kaufmann/-frau EFZ or technical basic training with commercial further education • Experience in the processing of customer orders in an international environment • Export experience is an advantage • Very good MS Office skills, SAP skills are an advantage • Business fluent in German and English, other languages are a plus • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team • Networked thinking and acting, efficient and solution-oriented way of working   What we offer In a dynamic team, we offer you a versatile, lively, and responsible activity with room for maneuver.
