Your workplace is located in our logistics center in Dietikon. Your tasks Responsibility for the dispatching and tour planning of our deliveries and assembly teams for wohnbedarf Zürich and Basel Coordination and schedule monitoring of deliveries, assemblies and service orders for private and business customers Telephone and written support of our customers Support for the management of Logistics & Servicecenter in the administrative and organizational daily business Interface between sales, logistics, customer service and external partners Support with after-sales inquiries and complaints Collaboration in the organization and processing of large-scale projects Maintenance of master data as well as administrative work in the ERP system General support in the daily business of the service center Deputizing in the area of goods receipt during absences Your profile Commercial or logistical basic training Experience in a comparable administrative or dispatching function is an advantage Organizational talent as well as a structured and independent way of working You keep an overview even in hectic situations and coordinate our warehouse and assembly team confidently and with sensitivity High customer and service orientation Flexible, resilient and team-oriented personality Good MS-Office and ERP knowledge Very good German skills in spoken and written form, other languages are a plus Interest in design, furnishing and a dynamic working environment What awaits you A versatile and responsible task in a renowned design company A family-like environment with short decision-making paths Lots of personal responsibility and scope for design A motivated team with a passion for design and quality A dynamic working environment A varied daily routine in which no day is like the other Would you like to co-organize, think along and help shape?
