Head (m/f) of the Honing Tools Department

We are looking for a Head (m/f) of the Honing Tools Department, effective immediately or by arrangement. Your area of responsibility includes: • Planning, coordination and schedule monitoring of honing tool orders • Technical and personnel leadership of the production team with 4 specialists • Further development and optimization of processes and technology in • Collaboration with internal departments such as engineering, contract honing and • external bodies such as suppliers • Assistance with quality control • Evaluation of suitable measuring equipment and production equipment • continuous improvement and documentation of all production processes We wish from you: • Team player • Completed training as a micromechanic, polymechanic or possibly further training as a technician or engineer • Professional experience in the field of honing, grinding or lapping is an advantage • Experience in employee leadership • Strong quality awareness and high affinity for precision technology • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel and Word • You communicate fluently in German and English Offered are a versatile, developable and responsible activity in a future-oriented, long-term oriented company culture with SME spirit as well as attractive framework conditions.
