Project Manager Methods - Maintenance Representative for Investments (M/F)

Introduction ## For our Purchasing, Support and Infrastructure division, we are looking for a Project Manager Methods - Maintenance Representative for Investments whose main mission will be to represent maintenance in investment projects, ensuring the preparation of machines for their future maintainability, monitoring their condition and performance as well as the evolution of associated needs. He will also be responsible for managing the activities of integrated AS&I partners in projects. In this capacity, he must ensure good visibility of the progress of investments in his area, in particular through the monitoring of indicators and regular communication. *Responsibilities* ## • Participate in equipment acquisition projects • Manage RETEX and internal needs collection • Monitor progress, ensure compliance with planning. • Present and control compliance with prescriptions • Manage the activities of partner services • Provide visibility on schedules, calculate, monitor and communicate progress indicators • Ensure the maintainability of new equipment and prepare the equipment for its life cycle • Carry out ongoing or end-of-project Maintenance and Logistics assessments *Profile* ## • HES Engineer (or equivalent) with experience in Project Management, Methods or Maintenance • Technical knowledge and maintenance activities • Ability to coordinate a multidisciplinary team • Proven experience in project management • Minimum B2 level English proficiency • Team spirit, listening, sociable and friendly, easy communication • Analytical and synthesis mind, technical curiosity, entrepreneurial and autonomous • Communicative with internal and external actors in the department • Rigorous, methodical, reliable, with a culture of deadlines and results • Ability to make new proposals, ability to challenge acquired knowledge Conclusion ## We offer a stimulating environment, excellent working conditions, time flexibility solutions and first-class social benefits.
