What you can expect: • Responsibility for the entire personnel administration from entry to exit • Creation of employment contracts, confirmations, certificates and other HR documents • Organization, documentation and continuous optimization of existing HR processes • Participation in the digitization and further development of modern HR processes and tools • Main responsibility for the apprenticeship system including support for learners and vocational trainers • Planning and organization of events such as Future Day, Trial Days and Backstage Events • Support in payroll administration and social insurance matters • General administrative and organizational tasks in the entire HR area What you should bring: • Completed commercial training with further education in personnel management (HR assistant, personnel assistant or comparable) • Initial professional experience in personnel administration • Structured, reliable and independent way of working • Hands-on mentality, team ability and flexibility • Good German language skills in word and writing, additional language skills are an advantage What we offer: Exciting and varied position in an internationally active environment An attractive remuneration package with, among other things, flexible working hours, modern workplace, individual development perspectives Assumption of 60% of the pension fund and many other benefits Ready for the next step?
