Within our Beurrerie unit, to manage our molding team we are looking for our next: Head of Butter Production WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Manage and lead a team of around 20 people: organization of work, planning of resources and vacations, conflict management, development of skills and animation of a positive team spirit • Organize and coordinate daily activities on production lines to ensure product and facility compliance • Participate in planning and adjust the production schedule according to priorities and constraints • Manage unforeseen events (breakdowns, absences, material shortages) and adapt priorities to ensure continuity and reliability of operations • Coordinate technical interventions with maintenance and support teams • Foster a collaborative, empowering and performance-oriented work environment • Ensure strict application of quality, hygiene, safety and environmental standards WHAT YOU BRING: • Diploma in dairy technology or food science, degree in food technology engineering or agronomy (Bachelor) or equivalent training • Proven experience in production management in the industry, ideally in the food sector • Oral and written mastery of French and/or German (minimum B2) • Familiarity with common computer tools, MS office and ability to use company-specific tools (GMAO, ERP, etc.) • Ability to make adapted decisions in complex situations to cope with unforeseen events • Assertive leadership and exemplary behavior in the field with a sense of organization and results-oriented • Good team spirit and solution-oriented WHAT WE OFFER YOU: • An evolving environment and a pleasant working atmosphere • Possibility of training and internal development • Various discounts at over 150 partners via the Swibeco platform • Advantageous social benefits (complementary health and accident insurance, supplement to family allowances) 4 REASONS TO JOIN CREMO: • You will actively participate in the transformation of Cremo • You will contribute to projects at the heart of a historic Swiss food company • You will have a direct impact on the company's performance to achieve our ambitious goals • You will engage in a sustainable and responsible activity We look forward to receiving your application!
