Your tasks ## • Customer relationship manager:-You will be the point of contact for our customers, coordinating appointments until vehicle delivery and maintaining active relationships. • Commercial interface:-You will work closely with the sales team, acting as a link between the workshop and our customers. • Quotation expert:-You will create offers in line with requests, ensure the cleanliness and completeness of vehicles and manage workshop orders professionally. • Mobility expert:-You will create a welcoming atmosphere and convince our customers with your expertise and passion for mobility.  Your profile ## • Technical training and commercial skills:-You have completed training in the automotive sector (car maintenance mechanic AFC, automotive mechatronics technician AFC or AFC in the bodywork sector) and have good commercial skills, as well as several years of experience as a post-sales consultant.   • Knowledge of the bodywork sector:-Experience in the bodywork sector as a bodywork technical consultant is a preferred qualification.   Post-sales service skills:-You are sociable, like contact with people and are distinguished by your consulting and persuasive skills. • Digital affinity:-You are comfortable with digital processes, virtual communication with customers and the use of artificial intelligence tools. • Positive mentality:-You are resilient, manage stress constructively and always maintain an optimistic attitude.
