In your capacity as ASSC, you ensure the services delegated to you while respecting the support objectives of each resident. In addition, you participate in the development and monitoring of the support project. You work in pairs with the nurses and interdisciplinarity with the various teams in a global vision. Your profile You hold a CFC in ASSC or a certification deemed equivalent and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field. Besides an obvious interest in the elderly, you appreciate teamwork and promote interdisciplinarity. You have good communication and listening skills and a sense of initiative. You demonstrate autonomy, and good management of time and priorities. You are comfortable with standard IT tools and have knowledge of the Carefolio software.
