To strengthen our teams, we are looking for a Nurse in mental health and somatic care, 70-80 %, on a permanent contract And what if you practiced your profession differently? At NOMAD, we are looking for a mental health nurse who wishes to put their clinical, relational and human skills at the service of global care. A position for those who love diversity, autonomy, network work and days that do not resemble each other. Your role is not limited to mental health. It is also part of a somatic care approach, in order to respond to the real needs of clients at home. This versatility is at the heart of the position: understanding the situation as a whole, adapting interventions and building, with the client and their entourage, a coherent and personalized support. Mission description ## In this role, you will be required to • evaluate situations using specific tools, notably the RAI-CMH, in order to build an adapted care project; • accompany clients and their relatives in complex or crisis situations; • ensure care reference for several clients and coordinate interventions with the multidisciplinary network; • also intervene in general care and in connection with somatic care teams, in order to guarantee complete and coherent care; • bring your perspective in psychiatry and psychogeriatrics within the teams, by supporting colleagues; • support the teams and contribute to the development of their skills in accompanying situations relating to mental health.
