We are flexifeen, the first cooperative for cleaning and everyday assistance in Switzerland led by women with migration experience, which is implemented according to the innovative cooperative model. We offer cleaning services for private households and small businesses as well as household and everyday assistance for private individuals and provide support wherever help is needed. Quality, reliability, and trust are our top priorities in our services. The services of flexifeen are characterized by fairness. We offer: • Employment on an hourly basis, at least 40% • Assignments in the field of cleaning and everyday assistance under fair working conditions. • A fair hourly rate (Gross 30.25 CHF), which is above the Swiss minimum wage in the industry. • Participation in a project that is still unique throughout Switzerland and offers women with migration experience a way into professional self-employment and independence. Your profile • You have already been able to gain experience in the cleaning industry. • You speak and understand German (oral B1) • You are flexible regarding your working hours. • Since we have many inquiries from Basel-Land, we are also interested in applicants who can cover this area.
