To support our Career Services department and strengthen HIM's relationships with the business world, we are looking for a proactive and results-oriented profile: Business Development & Careers Coordinator In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for developing new industry partnerships while supporting students in their professional journeys. You will combine business development activities, relationship management, and career services to create new opportunities for our students and graduates. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Industry Partnerships • Develop and expand HIM's network of industry partners in Switzerland and internationally, focusing on the finance, luxury, consulting, technology, and hospitality sectors. • Identify, prospect, and engage new employers via networking, LinkedIn contacts, cold calling, and business development activities. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with companies, recruiters, alumni, and industry players. • Represent HIM at job fairs, company visits, and networking events. Career Services • Support students throughout their internship and professional journey, including preparation, connection, and follow-up. • Identify career opportunities in alignment with students' profiles and aspirations. • Organize career initiatives and strengthen the link between students and industry partners. Education and experience: • Bachelor's degree in business, management, hospitality management, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in industry partnerships, business development, career services, sales, or a similar role. • Excellent networking and communication skills with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset. • Ability to develop relationships and create opportunities from scratch. • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
