Junior Event Manager/ Project Manager 80-100% As Junior Event Manager/ Project Manager, you will help organize the planning, implementation and support of events in the field of POS systems and network infrastructure. You contribute to the successful implementation of our projects and ensure high customer satisfaction. Your focus is particularly on the flawless operation of the POS systems and network connections during the events. In doing so, you support and advise our customers both during planning and on-site regarding all questions related to the systems. Your future tasks: Partial planning, implementation and on-site execution of specified projects with a focus on technical implementation Maintaining customer contact and support of projects Partial planning, implementation and handover of projects Support at more complex events as technician and Deputy Event Manager Implementation of permanent installations and technical support Customer communication, technical support remote and on-site Testing software functionality List is not exhaustive, other tasks may be assigned temporarily What you bring with you: Completed vocational training in IT, KV, Mediamatik or Matura (career changers from sales is realistic) Experience in customer service and technical support Excellent communication and training skills to convey technical content understandably Strong problem-solving ability and patience Teamwork skills as well as high reliability and sense of responsibility Willingness for shifts in the evening, on weekends and for overnight stays in hotels within Switzerland Driver's license category B.
