As a Team Leader, you take responsibility for the smooth processing of our international supply chain and actively participate in daily business operations. Together with your team, you ensure that our customers worldwide are reliably supplied. With your expertise, you support customer-specific solutions, think in networks, act pragmatically, and take responsibility. In doing so, you do not lose sight of deadlines or the needs of our customers. You proactively pitch in yourself, optimize processes, and actively help shape the supply chain of tomorrow. Your new main tasks • You lead our supply chain team professionally and personally. • You process customer and supplier orders from the order to timely delivery. • You organize and monitor national and international transports as well as import, export, and customs clearance. • You coordinate cooperation with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers worldwide. • You continuously optimize existing processes. • You are responsible for the warehouse at the headquarters in Hünenberg. • You ensure transparent, professional, and solution-oriented communication along the entire supply chain. What you bring with you • Several years of professional experience in the field of supply chain, logistics, export, import, or international order processing. • Leadership experience and the ability to motivate, support a team, and achieve goals together • Enjoyment of an international environment and working with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners worldwide. • Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form • You move confidently in the Microsoft 365 world and work routinely with ERP systems • Enjoyment in taking responsibility and driving things forward.
