Endress+Hauser Flow is the product center for flow measurement technology and solutions for fluid management and is located at the Reinach campus in Switzerland. What's the role about? Do you want to design processes so that quality, deadlines, and quantities are reliably achieved in day-to-day business? Does it appeal to you to drive improvements on the shop floor and live safety and TPM as a matter of course? In this role, you will combine leadership, operational responsibility, and continuous improvement in a day shift environment and ensure that our products are created reliably every day with your team.   What tasks will you take on? You will: • Lead 9 to 12 employees (2-shift operation) in day shift operations, including employee interviews and participation in recruitment. • Ensure the operational day-to-day business and provide for error-free production and assembly as well as efficient resource planning. • Be responsible for compliance with quality and safety regulations and carry out TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). • Ensure compliance with target specifications regarding quality, deadlines, and quantities. • Actively drive the continuous improvement process (KVP) within the shift.   What do we expect from you?
