Socio-educational assistants (male or female) (ASE) - CDD For our residences welcoming people in situations of intellectual deficiency, we are looking for two Socio-educational assistants (male or female) (ASE) Your mission Participate in the key stages of the support project for resident persons: reception, interdisciplinary activities, personal care, support in daily life activities and interdisciplinary meetings; Actively participate in the smooth running of the residence in which the ASE intervenes as well as in the general care of resident persons; Ensure safety and guarantee a good quality of life for each resident person; Promote the fulfillment of resident persons by valuing self-determination and the development of their skills through the monitoring of individualized socio-educational projects, validated by the reference educator; Carry out routine administrative tasks related to the function; Participate in educational projects related to the sector. Your profile You hold a CFC in ASE or a title deemed equivalent with recognition from SEFRI; You have solid experience with aging people in situations of disability and know the CDPH; You know the socio-educational and socio-medical networks in Geneva; You are able to adapt with flexibility and reactivity to emergency situations; You demonstrate rigor, autonomy and organization, with a real sense of teamwork and communication; You know how to show listening, availability and perseverance in the face of daily challenges; You are comfortable with administrative tasks as well as with computer and office tools; You are willing to work irregular hours, at night and on weekends. Type of contract: fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months. Activity rate: between 80% and 85% (several positions). Start date: immediately or to be agreed.
