Caretaker / Allrounder (m/f/d) 100%

Nikolla & Co. AG is a small, reliable family business. We are characterized by a very flexible, transparent way of working and short decision-making paths. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable, conscientious and experienced caretaker (m/f/d) in a full-time position (100%) to start immediately or by arrangement. In this varied role, you will look after a portfolio of approx. 25 properties with a total of around 200 apartments. The main focus is in the Basel-Stadt and Basel-Landschaft region (individual properties are also located in Pieterlen BE, Oberentfelden AG and Menziken AG). Area of responsibility: • Holistic care, maintenance and upkeep of approx. 25 properties (approx. 200 apartments) • General caretaker and cleaning work (indoor and outdoor areas, surroundings maintenance, stairwells) • Independent execution of minor repairs and maintenance work • Monitoring of building technology and technical systems • Coordination and transparent communication with tenants, owners and external craftsmen • During the inspection and handover of apartments during tenant changes, repair of the apartment • Winter service (snow removal and salting) Requirement profile: • Several years of professional experience as a caretaker or in a comparable industry (e.g. building cleaning, facility management, crafts) mandatory • Completed basic vocational training in crafts or training as a specialist in facility management is an advantage • Reliable, independent, flexible and precise way of working • Fluent German skills in speaking and writing mandatory; good English skills are an advantage • Driving license Cat.
