Director of a preschool structure

• 04 August 2026 • 80% • Indefinite duration • Blonay The Fondation pour l'accueil des Enfants de Blonay - Saint-Légier manages 10 daycare structures, employs more than 170 collaborators and operates as a REBSL (daycare network within the meaning of the LAJE) within which more than 1000 children are welcomed www.rebsl.ch. We are looking for one of our preschool daycare structures, the CVE Les Vignes in Blonay, which offers 22 places for children from 4 months to 4.5 years, a personality combining pedagogical, managerial and management skills as: Directress or Director of a preschool structure # Reporting to the Direction of the Foundation, you are responsible for the management of the structure, in accordance with the directives and the cantonal reference framework of the SCAJE, and in partnership with the centralized services. You are responsible for the organization, the support of a team, placement requests and the distribution of financial and human resources, as well as health and safety rules. You guarantee the pedagogical dimension promoting discovery, play, nature, theatricality and an environment where imagination and creativity are at the heart of our educational approach. You collaborate in a network with your peers and other professional partners. We are looking for a person possessing: • A tertiary diploma in early childhood education or an equivalent title. • A higher qualifying training (CAS, DAS, in team management / Institution Direction) recognized by the SCAJE. • Knowledge of or interest in our pedagogy. • Confirmed professional experience of at least 5 to 8 years. • Organizational and project management qualities, ease with numbers in order to ensure good financial management. • Ease in contacts, dynamic and benevolent leadership with proven experience in team management, knowing how to encourage dynamic processes while setting a framework. • Good mastery of IT tools • Knowledge of networks and vision of the pedagogical context and societal evolutions.
