Profile: • Social pedagogical or comparable education with several years of professional experience • Teamwork, mental resilience, conflict management • Household and administrative skills • Sense of responsibility, interest in the overall institution, loyalty • Possession of a driver's license • Reflective ability and willingness to continue education (courses, specialist literature, supervision) Tasks: • Accompanying and supporting residents in the community housing with a 24-hour operation • Developing individual development goals with the residents, accompanying and evaluating their implementation using location discussions • Ensuring and documenting psychiatric, medical, and medicinal care • Supporting personal daily and leisure time management • Promoting the participation of residents in group daily life • Maintaining contact with the environment of the residential group and the residents • Collaboration and division of tasks within the team, taking on representations • Assuming care and planning tasks in the residential group's daily life • Preparing, planning, and implementing leisure and employment sequences for residents during the day: kitchen work, gardening, building maintenance, cleaning, producing own products, creative design, sports/movement • Assuming responsibilities (accounting, medical, etc.) • Entries in the journal, file management, presence control, internal announcements, etc. • Organizing and participating in vacation offers • Ensuring the flow of information internally and externally, duty to inform the site management • Participating in meetings and collaborating in working groups Assuming weekend, vacation, and standby duties as well as passive night watches Obligation to take on tasks outside the job description that arise from operational necessity Fixed-term contract until 31.01.2027
