It defends the interests of its members, coordinates strategic actions, and represents the branch on the international scene. A central role for a global impact in favor of Swiss watchmaking. For our communication department, we are looking for a Digital Communication Specialist 80% Trained as a media technician, you will contribute to the visibility and influence of FH's activities by designing, producing, and disseminating digital and multimedia communication content, including video content production (filming and editing). You will ensure the management of digital platforms, develop online community engagement, and guarantee consistent communication across all distribution channels. Your missions Production and realization of multimedia content • Plan and coordinate audiovisual projects by defining concepts, scenarios, storyboards, resources, calendars, and necessary technical means • Organize and supervise video shoots as well as photographic and sound recordings • Perform video and audio captures using professional equipment • Perform processing and post-production of content: video editing, image retouching, audio optimization, integration of effects, subtitling, and graphic design • Adapt and publish content in appropriate formats according to distribution platforms • Design and realize webinars in collaboration with the relevant departments: preparation, capture, production, post-production, and broadcasting Digital communication and community management • Implement the digital communication strategy by developing content adapted to different target audiences and distribution channels • Publish and manage content intended for social networks, websites, and other digital media • Animate and moderate online communities while ensuring the maintenance of constructive interaction with different audiences • Perform strategic, competitive, and sectoral monitoring in order to identify trends, opportunities, and communication needs • Follow and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) of digital communication actions and propose continuous improvement measures • Ensure the optimization of the user experience as well as compliance with technical and editorial best practices Web platform management • Ensure the administration and update of FH's websites and digital platforms • Integrate, publish, and update content while guaranteeing its quality, consistency, and accessibility • Ensure the proper technical functioning of the platforms and coordinate necessary interventions with service providers or the IT department • Optimize organic search engine optimization (SEO) and the visibility of digital content • Publish and maintain up-to-date information for the different departments • Analyze visitation statistics and content performance in order to propose improvements and support communication objectives Administration • Collaborate on administrative tasks: process external requests, organize and lead meetings and events, write correspondence related to purchases, offers, sales, and invoices The profile we are looking for \- Confirmed media technician CFC (minimum 2-3 years of experience) \- Experience in video content production, from shooting to final editing (framing, basic lighting, simple sound recording) for digital content \- Project management skills (planning, budget, service providers) \- Organized, autonomous, and possessing good team spirit \- French as a native language, English minimum level B2, German an asset \- Knowledge of Swiss watchmaking an asset Start: from October 2026 or by arrangement We offer you Join a dynamic and motivated team for a stimulating position.
