Head of Controlling To strengthen our team, we are looking for, as of now or by agreement, a Head of Controlling Your area of responsibility The company is currently in an exciting, company-wide transformation phase in which you can actively help shape things. Additionally, we are in the process of redesigning the financial management for the entire group with a designed program. The position includes the overall responsibility for cost and profit accounting, corporate planning, financial statements, as well as group reporting. In this key position, the Head of Controlling acts as a central sparring partner for the CFO, management, and the business units. Establishment and continuous further development of modern controlling Functional and personnel leadership of the multi-member controlling team consisting of central controlling and the business partners of the individual business units Definition and implementation of a target image for the controlling organization, including the expansion of business partnering Functional leadership role for the further development and implementation of concepts within the framework of a group-wide project for the modernization and digitalization of financial management Strengthening the governance for cost accounting and creation of a manual with clear rules.
