Application Manager Atlassian (f/m/d) # Be your best with bechtle ## On behalf of our Fribourg state client, we are looking for an Application Manager Atlassian (f/m/d) responsible for ensuring the operational management and evolution of the Atlassian suite consisting of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence and Assets. Your mission #### • Ensure corrective and evolutionary maintenance of Atlassian applications in coordination with technical teams, business units, and external suppliers. • Supervise the availability, performance, and quality of test and production environments, and then produce the associated monitoring dashboards. • Design and improve delivery, support, and application lifecycle management processes in accordance with ITIL v4 best practices. • Structure the service catalog, the Assets CMDB, Jira Service Management processes, and the global governance of the Atlassian platform. • Participate in deployment projects, Cloud migration, and platform evolution, notably in an Application Owner Manager role and according to the HERMES methodology. Your profile ## • Higher education in computer science or equivalent qualification, completed by an ITIL v4 Foundation certification. • Minimum 4 years of experience in the administration and management of Jira Software, Jira Core, Jira Service Management, Confluence and Assets solutions; Atlassian ACP-120 or ACP-420 certifications are an advantage. • Proven experience in facilitating workshops, process modeling, KPI definition, and the design of steering dashboards. • Ability to produce clear operational documentation, to train support teams, and to accompany organizational and technical changes. • Mastery of French and good understanding of English, residence in Fribourg or surroundings.
