Together with experienced colleagues, you drive projects forward, actively shape solutions, and continuously develop professionally and personally. Your field of activity Responsibility for the execution of demanding structural engineering projects with regard to costs, quality, and deadlines Coordination and leadership of all contractors involved in construction as well as ensuring a smooth construction process Control and monitoring of execution – from scheduling and tenders to successful handover Conducting contractor negotiations, construction and coordination meetings, as well as acceptances Active participation in shaping economic and practice-oriented solutions together with the project team What you bring with you Solid technical construction or craft-based basic training (e.g., Zeichner EFZ, or Polier) Ongoing or completed further training as a Site Manager or Technician HF/TS Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong awareness of costs, deadlines, and quality Leadership qualities, negotiation skills, and an independent, structured way of working Interest in digital working methods Enjoyment in taking responsibility and developing solutions together in a team Winning communication, assertiveness, and a confident appearance Do you want to make visions become reality?
